Creative Scribbles - a sketching and drawing  6 week course

Come along and so some sketching for the soul. Be in the moment, relax and leave your troubles at the door. We will be sketching from still life set ups using a different range of techniques and materials to create our creative doodles. Suitable for new starters or for established artists looking for a boost :-)

Join me in a magical evening of Harry Potter Art to celebrate all things Harry Potter. We will explore the work of some famous Harry Potter illustrators and create our own illustrations for passages from the Harry Potter series, The Tales of Beedle the Bard and of course ,Fantastic Beasts. This is NOT just a workshop for young artists , it is open to anyone with an interest in fantasy art and the world of Harry Potter. There will be a range of fizzy and hot potions to drink and tasty snacks too.

Sunday 13th Feb 2-5pm £20pp

Join me for a workshop looking at making wonderful art based on inspirational quotes. We will be using watercolour, collage and a mixed media approach. Bring along a favourite quote or line from a poem or song. Price includes a frame so that your artwork is ready to go up on the wall.

Perfectly imperfect prints 4 week course

£60 Fridays March 4,11,18, 25


This 4 week course is the perfect introduction to print.

We will start off with monoprint and printing from objects to then moving on to eventually developing 2 block lino prints. This course is a wonderful way to try your hand at print before investing in tools and materials. This multi sensory course will have you addicted to print- it is so tactile, the smell of the ink, the thrill of the big reveal...perfect course to inject some fun into your creative processes.

Join me for a workshop looking at making wonderful watercolour studies of our local wildlife just in time for World Wildlife Day on the 3rd of March. We will look at fur friends such as foxes and squirrels and feathered friends such as birds and owls. What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
